Chrome magnet links not working

The emailed invitations were NOT sent to administration users. In the Global Settings under Security I finally found the option 'Survey preview only for administration users' which was set to Yes.

I think I have finally figured out my problem but the behaviour of LimeSurvey is still somewhat screwy.
